Delightfully set in the heart of Sutton Coldfield, Wychelm Bread School welcomes you to an inspirational environment for learning how to enjoy baking real tasty bread.  You will use organic or local ingredients where possible, without unnecessary additives.  We work indoors and outdoors (weather permitting), and depending on the course you choose you will hand-make a selection of white, wholemeal, yeasted, overnight slow rise, sourdough. brioche, chelsea buns, pizzas, flatbreads.......etc.   All are guaranteed to taste better than the best your local supermarket can offer.

You will learn how to knead, when to knead, when not to knead and other tips and tricks.

Most of all, you will experience the satisfaction and fulfilment of working with dough.  A truly memorable day.
